I am a lawyer and researcher passionate about leveraging technology for social good by minimizing its risks and maximizing its benefits with an emphasis on international law and regulation in emerging areas.

I have researched and published on topics such as content moderation, data privacy, artificial intelligence regulation, and regulatory cooperation. I am the author of "International Regulatory Cooperation – Challenges and Strategies for Data Protection and Artificial Intelligence Regulation," published in Portuguese in 2023.

I hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Public Law from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro Law School and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School.
